How does the New York Pass work?

- The purchase procedure is simple and, of course, secure. Once the payment has been made, you will then receive an e-mail containing your New York Pass.
- Once in New York City, go to any of the attractions included with your pass and simply scan your New York Pass at each attraction to redeem access.

Good to know
- The New York Pass is nominative and you have to present one pass per person.
- After activation in New York City, the New York Pass will be valid for the number of consecutive days purchased.
- You can buy your passes well before your departure: the pass is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Cancellation policy
- The New York Pass is non-refundable and cannot be changed. If you ask for an amendment or cancel, the amount you paid will not be refunded. But, good news, the New York Pass is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
